Levies, invoices, announcements and issue responses are created and managed by each estate's committee. myHood provides the platform but does not set estate policy, dues, or resolve disputes on the committee's behalf.
Visitor access codes are a convenience tool. Final security decisions at the gate remain the responsibility of your estate's security personnel.
